Despite the challenges they face, Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine continue to play a prominent role in Uganda’s music industry and politics.
In response to Zuena’s caution, Bebe Cool expressed his disappointment, stating that he wants his children to have the freedom to pursue their passions, even if it means venturing into politics.
“I want my children to grow up and follow their dreams. If they want to join politics, I will support them. They have to decide what they want to do with their lives,” he said.
As for Bobi Wine, he has not let his political aspirations hinder his music career, often using his songs to send political messages and rally support from his fans.
In one of his hit songs, “Kyarenga,” Bobi Wine encourages Ugandans to unite and work together to bring about change in their country. The song has become a popular anthem among his supporters and has even earned him the nickname “Ghetto President.”
Despite their differences, both Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine share a love for music and a desire to make a difference in their country. And who knows? Maybe one day, they will put their differences aside and collaborate on a hit song that brings the entire nation together.
But for now, let’s hope Zuena doesn’t have to deal with any more “filthy politics” and can continue to focus on raising their beautiful family.
