But he didn’t stop there – he even suggested that they sign artists from Kenya, Nairobi, and Rwanda. Wait a minute, isn’t Nairobi in Kenya? Despite this little blunder, Washington’s message is still a good one. He stressed the importance of collaboration and urged Ugandan musicians to work together to uplift the industry.
